The acs bdb500 removes swarf and particles from machined components. Machined components covered in oil/emulsion and swarf are usually cleaned off using compressed air. This results in swarf and atomised particles becoming airborne exposing the operators to the dangers of flying debris and respirable airborne particulate.
Components to be cleaned are placed on, or held over the worktop. Depressing the foot pedal operates the system which activates the venturi and allows the blow gun to be used. A venturi draws the debris down into the collection box passing the air through a filter before being returned to the workplace.
The acs Blow Down Bench is a robust sheet metal construction with a perforated top and fitted with wheels. It is compressed air powered and supplied complete and ready for operation including a venturi and blown gun.
